Owners of the PELE MAIN NFT have a claim to 0.0005% of all NFT revenues from the &#34;PELE ART 40 NFTs&#34; Revenues can arise from: /Sale of PELE ART NFTs
/Revenues in the PELE ART galleries /Revenues from PELE Art merchandise products /Revenues from exclusive PELE ART events 
In addition, each NFT owner will receive a monthly ticket for the PELE MAIN NFT LOTTERY, which awards the following prizes:
/10,000 NFC cards of the Pele Art (250 per image) /10,000 Pele Art Merchandising items (250 per Collection) /5,000 THE SPORTS MUSEUM MAIN 20 NFT /10 TICKETS for „The Sports Museum GALA“ (hosted Q4 2024) 
The lottery will start when at least 10% of the NFTs from the series have been sold or no later than 23rd October 2023. The number of prizes distributed in the lottery corresponds to the number of sold NFTs. Notification of winning: After the prizes have been distributed, each winner will be contacted directly to provide their delivery address. The winner must bear the shipping costs for the prize. 
The payment of 0.0005% of all „PELE ART 40 NFTs&#34; revenues will always occur quarterly on 31st March, 30th June, 30th September, and 31st December for revenues received until the 23rd of the same month. The payment will be made to the wallet where the NFT is located. Regardless of the number of sold NFTs, the profit sharing from the sale of PELE ART NFTs will begin 1 month after the launch of the „PELE ART 40
NFTs„ Collection. 
The NFT can be traded at any time, but the claim to the profit remains with the NFT owner. For further information, please refer to the explanations about the collections at The Sports Museum.

PELE MAIN NFT

Issuer: THE CR SPORTS CONSULTING GMBH (&#34;TSM&#34;)
&nbspRevenue Participation: The &#39;PELE MAIN&#39; tokens represent revenue participation rights of TSM. All rights in connection with the revenue participation right are linked to the possession of the token.
&nbspTokenholders participate in the revenue of TSM derived from Pele-related products and events as stated on TSM&#39;s latest profit and loss statement. Tokenholders as a whole participate in 50 % of such revenue. Each individual token participates in 0.0005 % of the revenue.
&nbspTSM calculates the revenue on a quarterly basis according to the revenue (Umsatzerlöse) stated on TSM&#39;s latest profit and loss statement under the sub-entry entitled &#39;PELE MAIN&#39; or similar.
&nbspDistributions: Revenue is distributed on a quarterly basis in Ether (ETH) or Concordium (CCD) to the respective addresses where the tokens are located as at 23:59:59 CET on the last calendar day of each calendar quarter. TSM has to distribute the revenue within 15 days from the end of each calendar quarter.
&nbspAdditional Perks: Tokenholders are additionally entitled to the following perks based on the number of tokens held:

· One Pele Art merchandising item (10 tokens)
· One ticket to The Sports Museum Gala (planned for Q4 2024) (110 tokens)
&nbspThe perks will only be distributed when at least 10 % of the tokens have been sold, or by 23 October 2024 at the latest. Tokenholders will be contacted directly to obtain the delivery address. If the winner is located within Europe, TSM will cover the shipping costs. If the Tokenholder resides outside of Europe, they will be responsible for the cost of shipping the perk. These costs may vary depending on the shipping company and destination.

Note: The offer of these NFTs (as well as all other NFTs on this marketplace that qualify as revenue participation rights) is subject to a hard cap of EUR 1,999,500. As soon as this limit is reached, TSM will end the public offer of these NFTs unless a capital markets prospectus has been approved by a competent regulator.
