THE COMMODITY COLLECTION

Seen as an artistic medium the NFT Technology paves the way for the Commodity Collection, which is a project made to place a foot in the ever-expanding digital artworld.

The Microsoft Paint-made digital artworks itself is only a fraction of the idea; and even though the digital artworld already has grown rather vast, it’s still only the few that actually understands and recognizes it as a permanent and acknowledged form of artistic expression, as far as I see.

Also, with the use of NFT Technology only at its early stage, we don’t know how it can be used in the future and we are looking into a new world being rendered right in front of us, as we go.

As an artist this is the perfect playground to be on because it resembles undiscovered land ready to be explored.

Opposite to our known world, ruled by consumerism and premade standards, this new world provides unseen opportunities. To take part in that world with everybody who wants to join, is the main idea behind The Commodity Collection.
